Participants receive comprehensive peer support, learn advanced coping strategies, and engage in both group and individual counseling sessions.
The program addresses functional challenges related to mental health, such as managing employment and maintaining healthy interpersonal dynamics. We focus on evidence-based therapies to foster resilience and emotional stability.
Our clinicians are equipped to help you or a loved one manage a range of conditions, including:
-
Depression Anxiety
-
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
-
Bipolar Disorder Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)
Our IOP utilizes therapeutic solutions such as cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy, along with social and vocational support, to ensure a holistic approach to mental wellness.
